Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Lovely rooms, clean and comfortable. Wonderful swimming pool and gorgeous setting.

Staff - they were super friendly and tried their best to speak in English with us - they are ready find solutions for your special requests Rooms - comfortable with practical storage space for our luggages - nice balcony - doors locked with electronic cards Breakfast - a lot of variety -> eggs, fruits, ham, cheese, cakes - very fresh, specially the croissants :) Dinner - you can reserve a table for dinner - they daily change the menu (at least some part of it) so it is not boring to eat there again - the food is very nice, specially the fish Parking - the hotel has a parking, located outside (not covered) - there was no issue to find empty space ( we were there on Thursday, Friday, Saturday end of october) SPA and Pool - we haven't try them
Room - if you have problem with your legs, you might find difficult to go to the first floor as there is no elevator nothing else

Never been treated so badly in a hotel!
The spa personel is nice. Their treatments are very good
This is a very average hotel with a very high price. The rooms are not well maintained. Only 1 umbrella at the pool We did not have internet for a full day. When we’ve asked them to check, they’ve told us that the internet was working while none of the guests had access. The management is very unprofessional. We had a serious issue at the restaurant for which they demonstrated recklessness, low customer care and had a very impolite behavior. My wife informed them that she has serious allergies to nuts. They gave us a dessert with nuts. Soon after my wife noticed that they were nuts and stopped eating it. Instead of apologizing, the restaurant manager told my wife that she was annoying her and pissing her off and that she had better things to do than taking of this (elle la saoulais et la faisait chier et qu’elle avait du travail). She insulting her in front of other customers that were shocked. It was on a Sunday and all the pharmacies were closed. They never offered any support. Luckily it was not so bad because my wife realized very fast and stopped eating, but it could have been extremely dangerous. They never acknowledged the fact or recognize their responsibility.
